For general questions, setup help, or account issues, email us at support@arisastro.com.

We aim to respond within 48 hours on business days.

Bug Reports

Found a bug? File an issue on our GitHub repository.

Please include: steps to reproduce, your device and OS version, backend details, and any error messages or screenshots.

Feature Requests

Have an idea for ARIS? We track feature requests through GitHub Discussions. Search existing requests first — someone may have already suggested it. Upvote ideas you want to see built.

When submitting a feature request, it helps to describe:

  • What you want to do.
  • Why it matters for your imaging workflow.
  • How you currently work around it (if applicable).

Community

We are building a community of astrophotographers who use ARIS. Community channels will be announced here as they become available.

Reporting Security Issues

If you discover a security vulnerability, please do not file a public issue. Instead, email support@arisastro.com with the subject line “Security” and we will respond promptly.
